What's "CL" ?

Well you were right, I've been hangin out and lurking over in the Suburban forum and I think I'm hooked. I'll be selling at least one or two ford projects this week on ebay. I have saved about 50 or more pics of 67-72 & 73-91 2wd lowered suburbans. I will probably end up buying one before the summers out

I wouldn't buy a burb from this side of the country though. You already know what happens to them.

I have to disagree 68...my first (and last) F##d was a 72 pinto my parents made me buy as my first car....

...I'm sure how you could understand why I've been a GM guy ever since ;-)

Thanks!

Not sure if I have an appropriate vehicle, but it is a 1972 Chevy, take a look...

Attachment 369097

Attachment 369098

It's a daily driver when I want it to be. I drive it as much as I can. I'll be taking it to the GM show in Carlisle, PA tomorrow.

I've been a ford guy up until I got this beast, and now I've been cheating on the Fords, I have 4 Fords in the garage, more often with this Chevy...shhhhhhhhhhh don't tell ok?

Details on the truck:

1972 Chevy P10 Step-Van

Inline 6 250 but 292 ready to be rebuilt and tweaked sitting on the floor, 350 won't fit easily :-(

AirRide on all 4 corners

Recent rear upgrade to 3.42 Ring and Pinion for better highway driving with my 3 speed on the tree, but a 700R4 is also on the garage floor waiting to be freshened up and installed. I also put an Auburn Posi in the rear while I had it opened.

I'm still in the "what should I do" stages so any thoughts and ideas are welcome.
