Spent a long couple of months wrestling with keeping or selling the burn because we have a baby on the way and I needed a second vehicle. The burb (we call her Thirsty) was stolen 3+ years ago and mostly sat since then with a bum steering column and a bad battery.

Long story short, I got it starting without any spray juice and turned down an offer for exactly what I was asking for it, so I guess I’m gonna fix it and it will be our second car.

I figure I’ll have plenty of questions that require me poking around somewhere where most folks know a lot more than I do.

I used to make a bunch of small parts for the Honda Element, but don’t have any plans to do that here/ever again. Im a decent electrician and (self taught) mechanical engineer, but admittedly don’t know diddly about these trucks.

Im sure I had a dozen posts before from when I bought this truck back in 2008. We brought her out to Arizona to tow an airstream we bought to run the business out of (the one that didn’t make it)

The second and third pics are progress shots on the “restoration” 😂
