Re: 4L80E Tranny

I have a 4L80E that I am getting ready to install in my 68. Am in the process of redoing the brakes, engine and transmission. I am planning on using the column shifter which I hope will work with it.

Re: 4L80E Tranny

I bet you could make a b&m truck mega shifter work. I’ve got one on the 700r in my 57 and really like it.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: 4L80E Tranny

I'm more fond of leaving it on the column.Having to take my eyes off the road or having it on the floor. Is not my thing. If you are going to do that why not make a console where you can put your drinks
