Manual Pipe Bender

One more tool and I'll be almost happy. Does anybody out there have any experiences with or opinions about this bender or any better suggestions. I only like to buy things once, so the more info, the better.

Thanks

Re: Manual Pipe Bender

i've seen them work and they are ok but somewhat time consuming to use is not quite as easy as he portrays grunting helps after multiple bends

one main drawback in my mind is you need to anchor it in the floor and it takes up a lot of floor space / say anchor it in middle of a like a large circle to get clearance for a multiple bend projects

Re: Manual Pipe Bender

Aircraft Spruce list it for $969. My friend has manual bender that he set up his own hydraulic system for... they even made a duplicate for the shop he was working for... He's in Henderson off Horizon Ridge... I'll see if I can get pics this weekend...
