Replacement Cigarette Lighter

I have a standard 1964 dash, so knobs without chrome trim. The truck came with a generic replacement cigarette lighter, which no longer works. I purchased a $5 Victor lighter, part 05111-8. I'm playing with it and discover its black plastic knob is held on by a 10-32 screw (for those going, "Standard, really?" ... I know, who would have thunk it). I pull out some old C10 knobs and sure enough, one of them can be form threaded to 10-32. I cut the head off a bolt, thread it into the old knob till it firmly hit bottom, then securely screwed it onto the lighter body. No joke, the thing is a perfect replacement. Ain't rocket science, but it might help someone wanting to spruce up the dash and maybe needs a smoke, too.
