Looks amazing!!

Backspace/offset on your rallys front/rear pleas?

Am looking for a similar setup, 295 width rear though, so tubs will be fitted to the bed!

Looks real nice alright - what dimensions are the tires and rims (size/backspace/off-set) on that fine lookin C10?

Re: Pic Request: Rally wheels on a dropped truck

I've been following this thread for a while,I want rally wheels for my 69 just having trouble finding them (actually having trouble paying for them). I have found some used 8 in but they are in rough shape.By the time I blast them and powder coat them I would still have used wheels and no caps or trim .I have seen them at Wheels vintiques ,but they are priced out at almost $600.00 with caps and trim.Has anybody tried the wheels at Speedway. They are almost half the cost.
Just looking for some feed back maybe a friendly push in the right direction

Re: Pic Request: Rally wheels on a dropped truck

You just need to keep your eyes peeled. Check Craigslist etc. Last set of 15x8's I had I just gave them away. 15x7's are a little harder to come up with. I think there is a set for sale right now on the board and pretty reasonably priced. But the 15x8's are out there a lot and usually a decent price.

Now try to find some 15x8 6 lugs four nub steel wheels, those will set you back =)

Chris
No idea on the offset/backspacing. These are not custom wheels, they're standard from 73-87 C10's I believe, so should be able to look the offset/backspacing up.

Here's some 295's on the same 8" rim. Don't need tubs. In fact I'm pretty sure I could go 315's no problem out back with the right wheel offset (on wider rims of course).

I have the Speedway wheels on my '69 and they are a quality product. They were true with no runout and balanced with no problem whatsoever. The painted finish is nice and the welds are what you would expect from modern computerized robot technology. In other words, perfect. I got 7 inch for the front and 8 inch for the back. You will like them. I had police caps left over from back in the 60s but I haven't bought trim rings yet.
