new exhaust manifolds

What is your opinion of this aftermarket/new manifold? Is this good price and look like good product?

all things being equal, I would rather find an old pair than go with a new made in another hemisphere manifold. The cast iron is much better quality than today.

I bought a set, except as I remember they were out of Boston. Manifolds are made in China. I sandblasted them and had them powder coated. They seem to be ok. I would have prefered nos, but these compare well with what I could get from the junkyard.

If those are the "Made in China" rams, I saw one at the last swap meet for $10--I passed! The center area was deteriated and actually flaking off, even though it was almost new.
I keep using & selling the good ones: Made in Canada and machined in the USA.

made in USA?

Another manifold auction by same vendor has picture of manifolds stamped USA? Is this possible and still made overseas?

quote from seller

You guys were right. Picture shows manifold with USA stamped on it, I wrote back to seller and suggested disclosing they were made out of country.

Quote from reponse

"They are made in Taiwan by the Unlimited Iron Casting Company"
