Nice shade of blue, is it a factory color as the truck has been painted but dash seems to be the same color as the body. This truck would make a great resto project with the buckets/console, tilt and A/C and the Mack Bulldog hood ornament... The pictured GMC Stepper 4 x 4 is local for sale and I think the same blue..

I don't think it was an original light duty (10-30) color for 71, but could be a special paint truck - that old light blue was certainly available for years and years. Had the same thought as you - interior makes it look as though original paint color, so who knows. Would love to see the SPID.

If you look at posts 4834 and 4836, the steering wheels, just for openers, are completely different. Also the upholstery inserts are different colors. One's a stick and one's an automatic.

I've been up since 4 AM, and had $hi+ for sleep the day before...wife kept shoving an elbow into my ribs, like I snore louder than her, or something. Guess who actually uses earplugs!?
