Auto brokers ?

Anybody dealt with them before ? i am selling my ***** on e-bay and the guy e-mails me with this robot dialog stating my client this and my client that . Then he says he wants me to give him all my info adress and such so he can send me a check for the hole amount plus his commision and the haulers fee that i need to cash and send his portion to him and the pay the shipper whats lef over . I told the guy i wasnt interested in playng with other peoples money and that he should just have his client write three ckecks . What do you guys think does this sound like a scam or something ?

He sends you too much money. You send him back the difference, then in a few weeks, your bank finds out his check is bad. Now, you're out the money you sent to him.

Definitely a scam....they also do those and ask for your bank account number to wire payment too. Only they drain your account.

Have a separate account setup if you accept payment this way..
