Pete, where are you seeing the water? If its coming from below the dash, running down the sides near the door hinges, I'd take a really good look at spot-welded seam in the roof gutter. Look for any tell-tale signs of rust. Could be a leaking windshield seal too.

HI Johnny thanks for your reply.
It's seems on the passenger side I found a hole under the dash in that side,
But on the drivers side seems to be in the middle of the dash area above the peddles how ever there is some rust down the side pillars of the windscreen, we call them a pillars over here not sure what you call that part thanks again Pete

Well we're do I start.
Not been on for a while had lots on.
Had an amazing weekend drag racing saw some really cool trucks and rods,
Got some new parts for the truck lsd differential ooooo that could be fun,
New gauge set for the dash I will try to post some pics.

HI there to you all,
Looking for a bit of info I have bought a new gauge set for the old girl,
But I am missing a part to make the speedo work I have found the part on eBay
Just wondering if anyone new a better place to get them from.
I will post a pic of the part I need, and need to know if this will fit manual 4 speed Trans thanks Pete

If that differential is 6 lug it is a '65-'70 truck 12 bolt. The late year '70 12 bolts were 63.5" wide whereas the '65 to early '70 12 bolts were 62". If it is 5 lug it is a '71-'72 and will be 63.5" wide. As for shims and clutches, you might try ebay or Toms Differentials

Thanks John now I have worked out what sort of age it is thanks to your advise.
Looked on toms differentials from that I worked it out.
Now too find out what differential carrier it will accept.

Hi time for a bit of an update not been on for a wile unfortunately December has not been very good us lost my brother only 52 and the funeral was so close to Christmas it made things really hard but we will get there.
Now for the good news not ,
for me I must add my c10 has to take a back seat,
As it is our 25th wedding anniversary this year so another project must be started this truck is for my wife as she has been on about it for 6 months so is a surprise for here
Which is 1946 Chevy truck,
Which I will be starting very soon just need to find a clear title for it.
I will add pics of it soon
