Hydroboost question
I'm converting to a hydroboost brake booster. The pedal rod on the original booster measures from the firewall back to center of hole only 3" the hydro I have measures 8"
Are these rods changeable or is this a cut and weld thing ?

There`s a ball end on the booster side of the rod and hard to remove and reinstall. I`ve cut it and welded a long threaded nut on it so there is adjustability in the length.

I cut and welded mine, no troubles in almost 3 years of running it. I can get a picture if needed.

I pulled out the piece, cut it and threaded it to make is shorter and adjustable. It would have been a lot easier to cut and weld it, which I would do next time.
