Post what is this thing?

I recently acquired a 350' at the junk yard. It's complete, 4 brl carb and all. Can anyone tell me what year this motor is and what it came out of?
I got this number off the pad on the back of the block. C97104729
I found these numbers in betwwen the rocker arms. 462624

I would greatly appriciate any help guys.

Get the number on the pad in front of the head and the casting number on the back of the block. It should start with GM .......

I don't know about the block, but here's what Mortec shows for the heads:

462624.....75-86...350/400......76cc chamber, 1.72/1.5, 1.94/1.5 or 2.02/1.6 valves
