On Facebook? Join the 67-72 Group!

Just started a 67-72 group on facebook, because the last one I was apart of, the admin would never reply to me and never answer why my fathers carbon fiber post was removed (it was C10 parts!)

Please join, and as C10Club says, few rules, no dues.

Re: On Facebook? Join the 67-72 Group!

I get all the talk about 67-72 trucks I need in real life and here, the place that started it all on the internet where you knew to come to find the largest group of enthusiasts. I hope your group turns out to be all you hope it will be.

Re: On Facebook? Join the 67-72 Group!

I just joined this Group. I only been on Facebook a year but this site will always be my main focus as I'm here every day. I am finding that a lot of the younger folks on Facebook aren't as knowledgeable on details as a lot of the members on this site. Its nice to be able to any questions and share my knowledge of our trucks with other people. I've also met some local enthusiasts on Facebook I would have never met on this site as they were not aware of it.

Agreed. This site is the best. There are maybe 10-12 members I trust to give those details, and most don't strike me as the Facebook type.

Much of the info. applies to all 67-72 GM trucks, and to a lessor degree all 67-72 GM vehicles. My build thread, and more on the guide https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...d.php?t=730025

Re: On Facebook? Join the 67-72 Group!

I created the group cause many of us do not have easy access to this site on phones, I personally do not because this site crashes a lot on my phone and is very tough to work with. Facebook is a quick and easy way to message, buy/sell and chat without having to search through millions of threads. I've sold parts tenfold on facebook compared to web boards, and people respond much quicker and its more fluid to have full conversations. If you dont want to its fine, this is the USA, do what you want but personally I wanted a group that didnt have crazy admin and could talk about whatever easily and quickly.

Re: On Facebook? Join the 67-72 Group!

I hope so too. Unfortunately I don't have a C10 crowd in the part of VA I'm in so facebook is essential to me for buying and selling parts, and I'm at work and working on projects so much that sitting down to go on here is a bit of a tough thing to do.
