Goodmark vs LMC

OK..................so I am ticked that no matter the best laid plans I end up with 69 doors that are split out on the upper interior around the vent windows and around the upper hinges and 72 doors that are nothing but rust and bondo on the lower half once you remove the paint.......so much for me thinking I had some salvageable sets of doors??? I was leaning on using my 72doors for my project until getting beyond the cheesy paint job covering up the sin of reality!!!!

So having said this I need the advice of those of you verterans who have bought the door shells from LMC and Goodmark and what are the differences because the cost is substancial.................heck LMC and I are buds but they claim overseas manufacture and Goodmark has an "almost NOS" rep so what should I do??? Please give me your opinions.........

OK................now for a depression suds.....

Re: Goodmark vs LMC

The Goodmark doors are made from an overseas manufacture too. Probably the same manufacture as the LMC doors...

Only 1 manufacturer of these doors and thats Tri-Plus, so LMC's doors, Goodmarks doors and ours are all manufactured by Tri-Plus. Heres a link to ours for $279.95ea + shipping, we carry both 69-71 Blazer doors, & both 72 Blazer doors.

That's good to know, what about front fenders? Are they all made by Tri-Plus too?

Re: Goodmark vs LMC

I actually have access to TWO new doors that were shipped from LMC. The body shop accidently received two sets for me and has been issued a partial credit for one set. Let me know if someone wants these doors...I'm sure it would be at a better price and they're brand NEW!

Re: Goodmark vs LMC

GMC Paul, how well do the doors fit. I have a perfect set of 72 doors that I have shaved and all but my girlfriend is talking me in to cutting the doors down to be even with the bedsides and make a roadster but I do not want to cut these doors they are so clean. Let me know, thanks.
