60-66 C60 C10 part interchange information.

Does anyone know if the column from a c60 will swap to a c10?

There are no c10s local that have a factory column but we have a big truck salvage yard with about 10 of these. Been looking for odds and ends with great luck but unsure if im reqdy to pull the trigger on one that im not sure will fit. Factory blinker complete steering column with decent steering wheel for 100 bucks is rare around these parts.

Any info would help i am willing to modify it as long as it looks stock in the cab.

Thanks in advance
Thomas

The C60 column is bigger and wont bolt up to the steering box of a C10.
Im trying to do a swap and am running into some of the same issues. First pic is on a '91 frame, second attempt is on a '65 C30 frame.

Good luck with your research.

Which part is bigger? Could you not modify it to work?

You could probably cut the shafts on both and use Borgeson joints. They make all sizes, I believe.
