Where to mount lap seat belts

So, it appears that my 1961 has no seat belt mounting holes (unless they are hidden under the fuel tank).

What I want to know is, does anyone have pictures or a basic idea where I should drill the holes for mounts?

I've sifted through some of the build threads, but it's just taking too long to find the pics I'm after.

Thanks for any help!
