Home brewing my other passion

Been brewing for 15 years. Started with kits now I do all grain . By in bulk 55lbs sacks. Just transferred 15 gallons of chocolate coffee stout about an hour ago. Going to do another brew this week maybe a nice English mild brown with a touch of coffee since I'll be pouring onto the yeast cake in the fermenter.

Have 10 gallons of Oktoberfest on tap along with 5 gallons of Christmas dark ale . Flavored that with nutmeg and juniper berries.

Friend built the stainless single tier brew sculpture for me. I'm not good at tig welding yet. Large pot is 40 gallons ,came from a VFW post . It has USN 1944 stamped on it. There is a clamp ring around the base to secure it to the stove.
