Sears Parts Direct - not available to Canada - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I have an 8 amp Craftsman belt sander and need parts. Problem is Sears Canada went into receivership and is closing down in a few weeks across Canada. I now need parts for my belt sander. I found the parts listed on Sears Parts Direct.com but they dont ship to Canada.

I tried Amazon.com, same story. Amazon.ca doesn't have the parts available. EBay only has one part. I dont know anyone in the US that I could ask to buy and ship for me so I am on here to see if someone might be willing to help me out by buying the two parts I need, ship to their home, and then send them to me in Ontario. I would Paypal the money ahead of time to whoever could help.

Let me know if you might be willing to lend a hand.

I would be willing to do that. I don't know what the parts weigh or how big they are, but postage to ca has risen quite a bit in the last few years.

Let me know where you want to buy them and we will get the ball rolling. I have an Amazon account (not Prime) and I buy and sell stuff on E-bay quite a bit.

I'll get in line to help, but looks like lock man has you covered. You could just order it to his address and all he'll need to do is send it on, right?

I suspect you are okay in WV. Its parts in Canada that are a problem.

Just a bit of advise here. If Sears is going nipple up you may consider getting a different brand of tool. They've been teetering for a while now. And knowing how their products have proprietary components I'd be scared
