I wish I had a perforated rear window decal

I wish I had a perforated rear window decal for my daily driver 1969 CST/10. The trouble is I can't pick one. I've wanted one for years to reduce the sun on my back. No design catches my eye. I think my tastes run from understated and simple, to humor. Perhaps one that makes my cab look full of old truck parts would be a good one. Do any of you have a good one?

Can't you get that with no design, like all black? That's what I'd want. A sign shop could do that for you

Thanks for the post about this

I have seen them rear window decals and acually never thought about getting one myself ,,but now that you brouht it up.. I think I will follow along and see how they are installed on the window glass and how well they stay looking good.. So if you or some one wants to share how they are installed and and the good and the bad about them I would appreciate it .

There is a guy on eBay that sells the old fashioned window blinds (white metal) that can be adjusted just like the house model. eBay seller is rubtap

I always liked the old 1970's Tequila Sunrise ones. Probably no longer available since everyone just tints the windows nowdays.

The Venetian Blinds idea is interesting. The guy's website is broken and there is no mention of them adjusting in any way and no videos I can find.

One that looks like your truck when no one is in it would be cool. Then when you're driving down the road it would look like it was driving itself.

I like that! A sign shop could fix one right up.

What stops those venetian blinds from swinging? And in one of these trucks wouldn't you lose valuable head space behind your head. Probably wouldn't matter for me, because a gun rack never mattered

I've just looked ad his stuff on eBay, I have not ever gone as deep as you, nor do I know if it works. I was just adding to the discussion on window stuff. I do like the look though. He has sold a lot of stuff with positive feedback over a significant period of time and has active listings.

.

Right.

I've been thinking of a solution to this very problem myself as even with tint too much heat gets through.

My 68 has a rack in it too but I'm not putting anything in it either. I think putting something on the rack is actually illegal in my state. Mine is a flat bed with a headache rack so its difficult to see through the back window but still.

When I had Blazers, I put gun racks on the driver side window of the top to carry fishing poles and dark tint them
