Old Memories

Was going thru some old paper photos and ran across a couple of my old trucks.

72 Cheyenne Super SWB 4x4 that I did a frame off after purchasing in about 83 from the original owner ...still bought parts from the dealers then. My daily driver for about 10 years.

72 Cheyenne Step Side I also purchased from the original owner with just under 50k on the clock no parts needed.

Re: Old Memories

It's great you have those photos. What a great memory remembering back when you could go to the parts counter and get anything you wanted. And prices were very good. Typical service parts available at parts stores were not more expensive. I used to wonder why people didn't get their parts from the dealership.

Yes..it was kind of a memory lane event, we have a couple of plastic totes filled with pics of cars, trucks, people, places and things I had completely forgotten about.

Thank You!
As I always wanted a new challenge in these old cars and trucks that I've done as a hobby over the years it was never in the cards to keep them all, but I will say that I wish I'd have kept these two.
