S10 Swap Front Bumper Help

Hey guys...
For those of you who did the S10 Swap, does anyone have any pictures of how you mounted on your front bumper of an AD truck? I am wanting to see if i mount my brackets to the outside of the horns on the front of the frame or the inside. I have not ordered a bumper for the front yet and wanted to see how you all did yours before I did so. Pictures really help if you have any...

Also, Does anyone have a decent front paintable bumper that they might want to PM me about and sell to me if they are not using it? Thanks!

Re: S10 Swap Front Bumper Help

What will work for you will be determined by how high your cab is off the frame. I fought with the OEM brackets for too long, then just decided to make new ones and should have done that from the beginning. These are made from 3/8 x 2 flat stock and I slotted the mounting holes so I have adjustability. I haven't yet added braces angled out to the ends, but that'll be the same but probably out of 1/4" material.

Re: S10 Swap Front Bumper Help

Thanks blue jeep. What is the distance between the two bolt holes on either side of the bolt hole in the center? Gonna mock up some braces maybe sometime soon and have them there to bolt the bumPer on when it comes
