Not really sure if i should lift it a couple " or just leave it the way it is...?

Todd
Man I wouldn't, at that height it looks sporty, but still looks like it'll laugh at the slammers saying, "I can go over speed bumps AND offroad!" But that's just my opinion.

Wouldn't do a lift - looks great!!! If you do though, keep it to 4 or less.

Re: How about some pics of 73-87 Long Beds?

I wouldn't lift it unless you have your heart set on 33" or larger tires. I lifted mine solely for that purpose though. I gotta have at least 33's on a long bed. and 31's on a short bed.

Re: How about some pics of 73-87 Long Beds?

I don't really have that many pictures of my longbed '81. Dunno why either, I'll have to remedy that problem soon... But I do have videos of it so far. Almost everything is stock except the new 600 cfm Edlebrock Street Avenger carb and racing intake manifold, valve covers, Mr. Gasket oil cap, and Thrush Welded mufflers. I dunno the horsepower, but I wouldn't say it's much more than the stock 289 hp roughly.

Walk-around and Start-up:

Something like 5.5" front 6.5" rear if you take into account the changes in overall dia of the tires.

Have 4" of ground clearance under the LCA.
