Mixing old school with new... LOL......it's a LS6 bottom end, 074 aluminum heads with Comp roller cam , 2 stages of NOS for 400hp , never on a Dyno so hard to say ?

Have a Cowl hood that I'm hoping will fit ??...Thanks to everyone for the compliments on the truck...been hard at it to roll it into a small show n shine on sunday as a project..

Sounds cool ,cant wait to see it finished . ime a old school BB chevy man my self .As they say there is no substitute for cubic inches .

Front clip on today...NOS Inner and Outer Grille...Stuff that fits !!..Fuel cell in and pumps mounted, some of the lines hooked up,...Smokin hot today...Too hot to work on a truck that's for sure, but Ya can't stop a guy on a mission...Almost ready for the Sow N Shine in the morning

A few late night shots with the box on as I pushed it back into the garage....It was just a bare frame from the powdercaoters last friday...Thanks to my daughter for her many hours she spent with me in the last couple of weeks...also to my understanding wife for running for parts and brewskies...Love you girls..!

Don't be coming down here and stealing trucks from Iowa. That is an amazing shortbed you are building. I love the old school injection and the steam rollers for tires out back.

Off topic, but I couldn't help but to notice that nice 4x4 shorty in the background of some of those pics. I was wondering what kind of lift and size of tires you have on it?

Red N white truck has an 8" lift, all spring with a 35" tire

Taking a good look tels me NO...Crappy to say the least..I have a freshly painbted Goodmark cowl waiting..I'll cut up another hood someday ot oder a fiberglass one ??

Would it be possible to shorten the velocity stacks? Using a 2" cowl hood would keep the "sleeper" look going......
