Angry Classic parts depot ?

Hi

I wounder if there is more than me who has been ripped by Classic Parts Depot in La Habra, CA ? I order some parts in Oct 2006 and they sad that the parts have been lost by UPS, but
they would send me new parts... but now it have gone 1 and a half year and no parts... Now i cant wait anymore so about a month ago i phoned and sad that i want my money back ($750) They promised to pay back but ...I have phoned, emailed and send fax hundred times but no parts or money...

What should i do ? i live in Sweden , but next time i go to CA i promised that i make a visit to Classic Parts Depot

Report them to the U.S. Postal Service or at the least threaten them. That sounds to me like mail fraud. That is a felony and should get them moving to return your money.

I would report to the better business bureau if you got the company info like the phone #s and addresses.

Thanks for the help!! I have sent them a fax and email that i gonna go to my bank office on Monday and report this to my card company, if it dosenīt
help i go on with U.S Postal service and business bureau...

Hi
This story had a happy ending today when Richard at Classic Parts Depot refunded the money to my account
Classic Parts Depot is relly a honest company, there is no doubt about it...
