Upside Down Speaker Box Clearance

I'm building an upside down speaker box for my 10's and I was wanting to know the clearance that the speakers need to be at from the bottom.

I guess I'm asking how far do the subs need to be from the bottom.

IIRC, the subs you have are JL w0's. So long as the air space inside the box is up to spec, you'll be fine. I usually like to leave about an inch of space when doing this sort of box (isometrically mounted subs). These subs won't even come close to hitting the back of the box seeing as they don't even have 1/2" of throw...
