To me it looks just like a donk with giant snow tires. BUT... thats just my take . Build and drive what you love, dont be in the car hobby to please others.

If I saw it at a show I would sure check it out. You can learn a lot from every car and truck you look at.

Some things do "grow" on ya...for me the larger rims (up to 20 in) on our style trucks lowered down look pretty good. I didnt care for it at first.

Overall though I like some sidewall.
