Cheap stuff
If these parts help your cause...

Tach and brake controller are untested but I figured the controller would be cool for someone wanting an old looking unit. Tach and controller $6 each plus shipping
Belts $11 plus shipping

What's the size of the tach? Also, would it be possible for you to test it?

Belts are aftermarket, don’t believe they were factory in anything.

Is it a back lit tach?
Sorry for all the questions, it's just that the tach I have in the truck works fine, but the light went out, and it's a modern one that doesn't have a serviceable light I'm pretty sure.

Don’t think it is with only 3 wires, figured it was good for under hood tuning and didn’t want to toss it

I missed that the green wire has some white paint on it. I thought that was a wire for a light. Sorry about the misunderstanding on my part. I won't be able to use it
