Gates Power Grip Clamps (Hose clamp replacement)

Posted this on Facebook. This has always seemed more archived for me in the sense of a reference and I like posting on the website better than Facebook. I decided to give it a try being that the look was so much cleaner than traditional hose clamps. These are one time use, so I ordered a second set to keep in the event something had to be pulled apart, which is never the plan, but you never know. I did both upper / lower radiator hoses and both heater hoses. Listed below is the part numbers I purchased which should work on any traditional SBC set up for our trucks.

I ordered these from Jegs using the part number below. I know if you drop the 465 prefix the later part is the actual Gates part number. I here O'Reily's carry these, but not the ones here locally in my town. They are more expensive than hose clamps but look so much better. The range anywhere from 3-8 bucks a piece. They do come with the Gates logo and p/n. Nothing a small amount of brake cleaner or electro solv wont take off to keep the look clean.

HEATER HOSES
2ea. 465-32925 15/16~1-1/16 inch - For the 3/4 Heater Hose
2ea. 465-32922 13/16~15/16 inch - For the 5/8 Heater Hose

RADIATOR HOSES
3ea. 465-32948 1-3/4~2 inch - For upper Radiator Hoses and lower Radiator
1ea. 465-32954 2~211/4 inch - For the lower water pump outlet
