Are these "chalky"? Can you scratch material off with your fingernail? Hard to tell in a picture. Thanks, Sharpie

sharpie, I can make a mark on the 3rd & 4th panels with thumbnail, but it dosen't flake off or go thru the graining, I would think they could be prepped and painted with no problem. I've had parchment panels that would scrape off the graining.
