Re: Blazer, gas tank skid plate

Randy,

I will take it for my Jimmy if it fits, and shipping is reasonable.
Probably Greyhound or Fastenal?

A PO had put on a plastic tank on Jimmy.

Would you please list the dimensions to check fit versus the plastic tank?
Just my initial visual is that it will fit.

Thanks,
Terry

It’s about 9” deep and mounts around the tank to the frame. Bottom square part measures 25x15

Re: Blazer, gas tank skid plate

Terry -

I have a skid plate as well. I hadn't planned on shipping it (never shipped via greyhound before) but if you think it will work with your plastic tank, I am willing to figure out how to ship it.

$250 plus shipping.

Let me know,

Paul

Re: Blazer, gas tank skid plate

Paul,

I am very interested.
I have looked at it and measured today.
Need to do a second time tomorrow.

No need for the shipping.
I am from Dubuque. Actually lived in Waterloo from 1989-92.
My Mom, who is still in Dubuque, turns 100 on August 9th and we are having a celebration which of course I am attending.
I would just drive over and back from Dubuque to your place.

I will let you know tomorrow!
Would appreciate if you would keep me first until then.

Terry

No problem!

Look forward to meeting you!

Let me know if there are any other parts you need - might as well make the trip worthwhile!
