are you referring to an RPO code on your SPID? I don't believe there is such an animal. I have heard of someone morphing a Z71 sticker off a new truck to add whatever year their vehicle was onto the end of it, in lieu of the 71...

I don't know of any such animal. A little more info,please? I assume the truck pictured had something to do with your question,but what?
Z61 is Custom Appearance Pkg Z62 is Custom Deluxe or Custom Comfort & Convenience pkg Z81 is Custom Camper Z84 is CST or Cheyenne Those are the only z-code trucks I know of. Z17 is Sierra Grande

Actually in front of the rear marker light it looks like there was once I sticker there, I can only make out a "Z" from the pic. Probably just something a PO added.

so back in the day when the Z-71 off road trucks came out some one went down to their local vinyl shop and had a Z69 sticker made
