Not sure about the white nose. I only need one more steel grill hoop then I'll have them chromed with my steel headlight bezels. Those will really pop against the red

Maybe I can help you decide about the rims.
In my opinion the only way black rims would look nice is with the rallies with the bowtie center caps and full trim ring.
With the rim style and center caps you have now I just dont think it would look very good.
Keep in mind this is just one mans opinion.

I like em white for now but when you paint it red then paint the wheels red. Maybe some old school beauty rings. the real skinny ones

You know I am really diggin the black look, but once I paint them it will be hard to go back. I don't have to mask them to paint them black

Yeah she's not real pretty on the outside but underneath she's completely rebuilt. Except for the tranny which will be swapped out for a 700r4 sometime this year.

Score today. As you all may know I am gearing up for a front disc brake swap. Well today a few more pieces of the puzzle came to me for free!! At my job autozone is always trying to get me to buy there brake pads but I never do. Well anyways they came in and offered me a set of brake rotors and pads to try them out. So I said I need a set for a 72 C/10

and they brought me a set of rotors, pads and hardware

So far I have the 63-70 CPP new design drop spindles and 3" drop springs. I have a set of used dust shields that I cleaned and painted. Also from pnp I go the castle nuts, washers and dust caps. From a board member I got the front conversion brake hoses. From work I got the bearings, wheel seals and lug nuts. I won the master cylinder and prop valve off eBay from CPP. All I have left to get is the brake line kit from performance online.
