Good score via Craigslist!

Lots of good items, some just came with the lot. The guy said $40 takes it all and I had to take it all. So I got a few gems, got some stuff that just had to be tossed out and some stuff I’ll post up for sale soon to help others out. But for $40 I got two 3speed transmission with bellhousings (one Trans was partially disassembled but all there) and the complete one had the complete Hurst Indy shifter attached. The other had the attachment plates and one rod. All in all, it was worth the 50 mile trip just for the parts, but it turns out I knew the guy through work but hadn’t seen him in 17 years due to us both transferring to different agencies. He sold his truck after a divorce and just wanted to get rid of his parts stash. Lots of pics of my new treasure trove.

Plus one red/orange glovebox door with good stainless push button and SPID attached to it still.

Thanks for the info, I’ll send him a PM. That’s one of the main reasons I scored the parts stash, the seller scoured local junk yards when doing his build and couldn’t bare to see the usable parts get crushed. He wanted to make sure they lived on but also didn’t want to piece by piece sell it.

We used those 6cyl manifolds as anchor points for mullet nets back in the day.

That is the funniest comment I’ve read in a while.

I suspect they are, although I don’t own a truck with that engine, that’s what I think they are.

Which harness were you interested in? PM me and let me know. There were several Orange/White harnesses that just said interior light. I was thinking they were dome light. There is a couple of others as well as a taillight harness. I may need that, mine was hacked pretty bad. I did a bunch of repairs to undo the poor trailer harness patch in by a PO. Let me know. I hope to sort it out a bit more and start listing items this week.

250 L6 mounts are both the same. 292 mounts have different mounts left and right.
