No, this f/s post is for three individual cargo light p/n's being offered as pictured above without any hardware as originally sold and packaged by GM/Delco/Guide. There were a few different cargo lamp "kit" p/n's offered over the years that combined several individual lamp parts under on p/n, it was these "kits' (like below pictured) that were packaged with the extra small parts, hardware, harness and instructions.
