Bought this almost rust free truck last night for a fair price and a case of 805 Firewalker beer. I had been working on this deal for over a week and yesterday I made an offer and the P.O. came back with counter offer last night that was $200 higher and to include a case of 805 Firewalker beer. I kinda scratched my head and told him yes its a deal and I will bring up the case beer when I pick up the truck. He is located in a rural area and said he has a hard time finding this beer for sale. I looked it up on the interweb and the store right down the street from my house sells it.

This is a solid truck that only has rust in one cab corner about the size of a quarter. All of the cab supports are original and in excellent condition with no signs of rust. The P.O. had gone through most of the mechanicals on this truck so it mostly needs exterior attention and the interior freshened up. I plan to drive this truck and work on it while it is being driven. Possibly install the grill guard and tow hooks from the other K20 I bought from Wyoming a few weeks back.

Joe and few others have busted me so I'll share this with everyone. Been looking for an original and solid K20 Super for a long time and this popped up the other day in Lake Havasu AZ. Shout out to Ken aka bestview for the lead. hopefully this is "the one"

I built this one over the past couple weeks. Short bed K20, stock height and lowered a little in the rear for level stance. I also put bucket seats in it.
Last pic is before i shortened it and repaired the rockers and floors.

Picked up this 68 K20 GMC Long Bed Stepper a few days ago. Very straight metal, original paint and still has the original split rims all the way around including the spare that mounts on the fender. Has a 4 speed trans, 327 motor. Selectro hubs. The oddball items is that it has red interior trim with the orange paint color. Possibly company colors since most of these were ordered for commercial or outfitter trucks. I will be keeping this truck and getting it back on the road to drive.

There is another GMC truck on the property that he gave me the opportunity to pull some parts off of If I wanted. So I will probably spend the day there getting extra parts for the Dark Olive truck since it is a GMC also.

I am done for a while, I sold a few trucks over the last two months and bought 3 different K20 trucks.

few more, shows the orange gauge bezel, motor area and fender badge. I think it will be a really cool truck. Hoping to do a little more research to get the back history. First thing I will do is get a set of new skinny tires on it, get it moving again and buff out the existing paint.
