TH400 transmission cooler line connectors

On my 1969 CST/10 with SBC 350 and TH400, I had an external cooler added in front of the radiator when the transmission shop rebuilt my transmission. The steel lines attached at the transmission are pictured.

I would like to disconnect these lines at the transmission, and disconnect the transmission to move it out of the way to replace the flex plate on the engine.

I was thinking about putting caps on the lines and caps on the transmission so I keep things neat and clean and won't lose transmission fluid out of the cooler or transmission while I have it disconnected, and will keep dirt out. I would like to get ready for this job and order what I need from Amazon or Summit or someplace like that, but don't know what to order. What do you guys think?
