Their are 2 of them one in the top and one in the bottom of the quarter panel.
look behind the side marker light their should be a rod coming down you pull on it to get it out it has the nuts in it. The other one is at the bottom of quarter panel.

There someone on here that’s reproducing those inner brackets I can’t remember who it was though. I know I read it anyone know my guesses Yukon Jack But not for sure
