Todays progress. The brake system will be 1" bore master cyl., with manual four wheel disc brakes. Shooting for a 6 to one brake pedal ratio should give me 573 lbs hydraulic pressure

fenders look good

just caught this pic...
you'll need some reinforcing on the firewall or pedal pressure will flex the mc, most of your pedal travel will be flexing the firewall

Well I am back to work on my pickup. After a trip to Mexico and the holidays maybe I will have some time to get some work done. I did order some new parts for a Christmas gift to my self, here are some pics. of the new parts.

Today I repaired the fender braces, welded new nuts on them sand blasted and painted them. Finished body work on the steps and fit them to the bed they are ready to prime.
