Vacuum boost to hydro boost conversion
For those of you that have done this on a 67-72
The stock vacuum booster setup has a pivoting linkage setup on the engine side of the firewall. Did you eliminate this and now the brake rod goes straight from the brake pedal to the booster unit?

I did mine as you described.
I had make a new mount for the firewall. It has been a while and this is before the vendors started making custom kits. Mine is still this way below and works great. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=175714[
