Bought some mint OEM fenders and door for the 68

Bought two fenders off a guy doing a 68. These came off his truck and are rust free. He sold them because he picked up some NOS doors and fenders. This should make life easier . Door is rust free and the original weep holes are perfact

Are you sure the fenders are oem? Hard to see if the triangles are in the corner. Congrats either way.

That looks nice, and no dents. Or hidden rust in the lap joints.

My friend found a mint 72 tail gate in the trash a year ago, and I want it to hang on the garage wall for myself.

Good deal on finding them. Anything clean is getting hard to find anymore...

Nice find! Did he have a white 68 hood by chance? Mine got a little hail damage many years ago. I'd love to find a mint white 68 hood.

You lucked out. If I was that guy those parts would be on my truck and the N.O.S. would continue being N.O.S.

I've even gotten prime OEM cast off parts from people replacing with reproduction parts.

Me neither. I had noticed one of my fenders had triangles and the other didn't though. The one with has the better hood gap/fit.
