Going by my VIN can someone give any info on our Blazer, especially the Assembly Plant?

I do know the X is the engine: 4.3 V-6
Also, is there a cabin filter in the Blazer?

Not necessarily. Mine was built in New Jersey, and I bought it new off the lot in Murray Utah.
