60-63 gauge panel

on the gauges (not lights) gas and temp, which terminal is + and neg? facing and looking at the back is the right+?

There are no grounds per say as there are positive lead to the gauge and then sensor wire out to the sensors.

When looking at the fuel & temp gauges from the back, the sending unit connection is on the left and the +12V power feed is on the right.

Like Budman56 said, the gauges do not have any ground wires/terminals. The fuel and temp gauges are grounded via the metal cluster housing.

I have the wiring diagram same as above--the pink wire i bat+ so the fuel gauge shows the p wire on the left and the temp p wire is on the right. I changed from lights to a gauge panel. was wondering if this was correct.

Well, the wiring diagram is technically correct if you look at it just in terms of how the wires lead to the connectors. However, the connectors aren't all drawn in their as-installed orientation.

For example, notice how both the ammeter and fuel gauge use the same V-shaped connectors and how they're both pointing the same way on the diagram. But on the actual cluster they point in opposite directions.

Digging up an old thread...is the pink wire going to the back of the temp gauge on my 61 a 12v positive wire that is key activated? It looks like it feeds off of the starter solenoid?

I can check tonight but 99% sure that it is key activated. If it wasn't the gauge would be on all the time as it has ground (the dash) and the resistance from the sending unit.
