Selling all the necessary parts to convert your 77-80 C10 to an interior hood release setup. These may also fit 75 and 76 trucks but no promises that they do. All factory parts. No one remanufactures these parts besides the latch and the cable, so these are rare. Not pictured but included is an unopened cable and handle from LMC truck. $200 plus shipping, or local pickup in napa county.

There is another piece that goes in front of cable -may be for cable security
