GM headlight bucket #5968095. Shows to fit several GM vehicles including some Squarebody's verify for your application. Box is poor but intact. $25 plus shipping. Located in Shelburn, IN For sale locally also.

I Googled the number and it listed several different GM vehicles but one place listed this but I am just going off internet information so verify for yourself if it is questionable.

1981-91 with painted grille. 1981-91, single. 1985-94. Single headlamp. Single, rectangular. Sealed beam headlamps. 1995-05 sealed beam system. 1/2, 3/4 & 1 ton, 1996 new style, with sealed beam headlamp
