ok more progress got the oil pressure sensor in place and the water temp sensor done as well. pictures to follow
 Waiting on gm parts direct for my harness at this time, will be picking up the 6l80 tailshaft saturday after my gear head meeting with pickups n panels. Sean the oil pressure gauge uses a 1/8 inch 27 thread pipe tap to get it into place. worked out beautifully. will be reassembling it and checking for leaks this weekend. I have oil splashed on that side of the cylinder block with no clear spot of origin so will be checking things there carefully.
