Square body box crease
I probably will just leave it alone but would like to hear about how to fix this. And it's not going to the body shop so if I cant do anything about it then it will stay the same. I have a torch.. I have tools. But most likely I cant fix this.

Re: Square body box crease
You can see where the paint is missing. Because of the fold.

Re: Square body box crease
If you cant see the problem, maybe you should move on and not comment. You clearly have no answers.

Re: Square body box crease
Easy fix, push out on the bottom corner of the box and use a hammer and dolly to remove the crease. Just work slowly and don't try to force the corner of the box out more than it wants to go.

Quote:
How does the bed profile align next to the cab? That's where any difference will show. perhaps make a profile template of the cab to get a good reading on how much (if any) that the front of the bed needs to move. For moving, an axle puller hooked around that vertical upright, a hydraulic ram pushing from the underside, or if it were bolted down to the frame, perhaps a come-a-long pulling from a tree. Many ways to get it done, but it needs to match the cab.
