Yeah, I still have it. It's been waiting patiently at the shop on jack stands. Personal life has put the build largely on hold the past year. Nothing particularly worthy of updating the thread with.

4/21/14 - This build still exists?! Yes, actually it does... Getting back down to business.

Even though I haven't fired up the motor, I decided it needed a bigger cam. Pull the motor and dropped in a Lunati Voodoo and put on a new set of roller rockers.

Sold off the Edelbrock MPFI...changed my mind here too. It was an older system and decided I wanted to go with one of the new self learning setups. So.... next came an Edelbrock dual plane manifold. Motor went back in go back in and then start putting this stuff on...

Dropped on the throttle body. This thing is dead sexy if I do say so myself. Added the throttle cable bracket and set the TV cable on the tranny.

Mounted up the regulator. The pressure gauge (not shown) is a little closer to the frame than I'd like, need to tweak it a bit.

Plumbing is almost done. Changing out my supply line to -6 from -8 next. Waiting on parts from Summit.

Those with a good eye might notice the rig has changed locations. Bought a new house with a <cough cough> three car garage.

Super nice having it at home. Makes working on it much more convenient.

Spent quite a bit of time on cpgnation researching the FAST system. I'm sure I'll be on there more once I get the motor turned over.

Cool, it was quite abit of info. for me to absorb over there. But, alot of smart guys with good advice

Seems like grounds are the main culprit on the install, keep us posted on the install....

Agreed. Running the wiring and grounds cleanly are crucial.

Thanks guys. Haven't done the exhaust yet. It's open headers and crazy loud. Still working through a few bugs and leaks here and there. Nothing unexpected on a new engine build.

More HP support. Better interface (handheld). Timing control.

9/13/15 - Been a while since I've done an update...

Got it to here:

Put in some of this:

Did a few of these:

Built a new exhaust:

Put a couple hundred miles around town. Loaded up for a roadtrip with dad and the dog

Had a to get a ride home. Lost 3rd and 4th gear in the tranny

Tore it back down for repairs and upgrades

It was nothing more than a show bar. PO had painted the silver OVER chrome. I'll bend up a Hickey style bar at some point.

Sorry about the trans. Got a question about the heater hoses, what fittings did use for the heater box. Did you braze a fitting on, or use a compression fitting?

Exhaust looks sweet
