Glad to hear that you will be here in July. How anyone gets here is up to them. If you can borrow a bird for the weekend fly in and land in my field. We have plenty of room and it would be a first for a board meet. For the land locked friends just drive whatever you have and it's all good. So mark it on your calenders guys July 17, 18, 19, 2009 at Ron's house in Big Sandy Tn. 38221.

Re: Possible Road Trip Event for Blazer/Jimmy Owners

How about a band? I have a buddy that has an "outlaw" country band. If he is open that weekend, would there be a possibility for a place for some tunes?

If you do not have the option set in your "User CP" you can
also check it when you reply in this thread. But you can't do
it in the quick reply box, you must do it in "post reply" (IIRC)

Thanks for the offer bro. We have talked about it before as I have a lot of local bands that I'm buddies with. But when we get together we talk and visit and renew old friendships and a band might get in the way. (If they didn't I wouldn't want them anyhow.) I am ready to listen if a new wind is blowing so let me know folks. Again thanks for the offer and hope to see you in July.

If we can just keep gas prices from going up we should be able to make it happen. I hope so anyway.

Made a trek into Paris to pick up some needed items and pay for Mom's room for another month. Gas was 1.469 all over town. Hope it stays that way.
