Do you spend much time thinking about ...

Aliens?

There sure are a whole lot more shows and regular news stories since all the declassifications recently. Seems to be a lot more videos and eye witness accounts coming out too.

Do you wonder, what if?

It seems to me if you look into how amazingly vast the universe is how could there not be other life out there. We are seriously just a spec of dust in the solar system.

The only thing that bothers me, and its probably just weird thinking, if these things are so advanced, why do they need the weird lights and stuff on them so they can easily be seen, especially at night?

Thoughts on the Alien subject?

Just one thought - I worked on top-secret projects for the government for over 20 years. They're really not good at keeping secrets.

Re: Do you spend much time thinking about ...

I don't spend time thinking about it unless someone brings it up. And my take has always been the same since back when people were afraid to admit they believed there are others in the universe that may have visited or done a drive-by. I believe 100% that it is possible there are other beings on other planets and that it's possible we are not the most advanced. And I believe it is possible that some who have reported seeing a UFO actually have. We don't even know everything about life on Earth, so how can we know so much about the universe?

I think it would be naive of us to think that we are the only life that exists..
I'm not so sure about some of the crazy abduction stories, but yeah, we're here why not something else.

Re: Do you spend much time thinking about ...

Aircraft stealth technology was being developed in the 1970's so you can just imagine whats to come with today's "secrets". I got my first dumb cell phone in 1996 and today society can't live without one , in 2001 I was building an interior on a customers Cessna 414 and was able to send him an email with pictures to him while I was in his plane in a hanger . I thought there could never be anything more advanced than that ! As far as alien technology I thought that was it . Now if we're actually talking about aliens ? Well they have been here since time began , How do I know ? Well I've dated my fair share of redheads and I'll swear to the world they are ALIENS sent here to invade the human race .

I have spent more time thinking about why someone hasn't invented grass seed called no mow . it would grow only 2 inches and stay that way all season long .

Oh, and about the lights. I doubt they are actual lighting. More like the glow from whatever powers the craft.

As far as redheads go, might be talking about someone's daughter or mom here

Re: Do you spend much time thinking about ...

I believe the odds for life on other planets is very strong.

I believe most people don't know what "UFO" stands for. It's not "spaceship" but "unidentified object." Most often it's a weather balloon. I know I have seen UFO's....but I suspect those were weather balloons.

Once I was out at night with a friend, launching a model rocket. We heard a low and barely audible "rumble." Later an aircraft of some type flew over at very low altitude, jet exhaust visible, BUT WITH NO SOUND AT ALL. This was 1993. I did not have any alcohol until 1997. I have never so much as held a joint.

The subject is quite fascinating, certainly.

So many recently declassified videos from the military that shows UFOs pretty much doing whatever they want on the fighter cameras.

If there so advanced then why do they keep crashing into the earth? Are they student drivers? Are they texting and flying? Are they putting on there makeup? Let's not go to the female driving aspect.

I'm a short drive to the unofficial UFO capital of the north eastPine Bush ny. Buy I don't think about aliens all that much. I stay away from there during the UFO festival . The people there are much weirder than any alien.

Re: Do you spend much time thinking about ...

We had our own ufo sighting here in Pascagoula,Ms. in 1974.
I didn't believe it then or now.
Just a month or so ago, they (the city) put up a nice story marker to memorialize the sighting.
Unfortunately, the marker is about 1/2 mile (and, across the river) from the actual site.
Since Jimmy Buffet is from here too, they renamed the beach after him.
All this to attract tourists.
And,no I don't worry about them!
I worry more about the DEA helicopter that keeps flying over my garden watching my okra plants.Well, they are also looking for meth labs out in the woods next to me!
Mike.
