LT1 350 6 speed in a C10

I have been gathering some parts for my version of the Roadkill muscle truck as I find them cheap or trading stuff I no longer want. Well on Friday I ran across a Camaro LT1 350, and 6 speed for a decent deal. I had to pass since I need the money to finish my Camaro project which is my most important thing to do now.

Either way it got me thinking that the tranny could be really nice behind engine in a C10 rcsb. The tranny is the version with the .5 OD gear. So I can have a 5.13 in the rear, and good mpg on the highway.

So has anyone done the swap, and how do you like the gear spread?
